• BS from Texas A&M University College Station
• MBA from the University of Houston – Victoria

Phyllis serves as a Special Projects Coordinator for Keller Wealth Advisors. For over eight years she was an adjunct for Victoria College teaching business courses, specifically business ethics. Phyllis also has over thirty years of marketing experience in diverse business settings, and she recently spoke at Investment Adviser Watch’s 2018 20th Annual IA Compliance Conference in Washington DC.

She recently served on the Victoria Bach Festival Board and was on the Victoria Independent School District Education Foundation Board. She also served on the Victoria Regional Museum Associates Board as Vice President, the treasurer of the Victoria Country Club Board, and wrote the column “Big PR Ideas for Smaller Hospitals“ for the Texas Hospital Association Magazine.
